    • Over 230 community members and supporters attended the Chili and Soup Supper held as a fundraiser for Operation Help at the First Christian Church on Friday. The dinner included homemade dessert, and brought in $1,933.66, which will be donated towards Operation Help. Chili supper coordinators estimated that between their chili and spaghetti suppers, the church fundraisers will account for six to seven percent of the charity’s nearly $100,000 budget.
