When sold, these credits will equal over $340,000 in funding for their efforts toward renovating the former Savage Grocery building into a comprehensive after-school facility.

Walls were constructed where the meat counter used to be for a fully functioning kitchen. Several other walls were formed as well as prepped for paint, while the old ceiling tiles had come down in the main area. The volunteer work day was the second for the organization, which is remodeling the building.
