Chillicothe Cardinals rally, but fall short

Nearly buried early, the senior Chillicothe Cardinals American Legion baseball team of Post No. 25 came on strong late on Father’s Day to push their home contest with Boonville to extra innings. They were unable to finish it for dad, though, falling for the fourth time in as many tries, in a high scoring, 14-10 effort over 11 innings.
