At approximately 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 8, the Home Exchange Bank in Jamesport, Mo. was robbed by a masked assailant.

The suspect is a white male, described as approximately 30 to 35 years old; standing between five feet, eight inches and five feet, ten inches tall; weighing 150 to 175 pounds; and wearing a dark-colored motorcycle helmet.

The man entered the bank with a black plastic bag, and got away with $2,670, in $50, $20, $10, $5, and $1 bills.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a cream-colored pickup, with a thick blue stripe in the middle and cream-color along the bottom — a mid-1990s GMC Sonoma or a Chevrolet S-10 single-cab pickup.

The suspect's helmet is described as dark-colored and Motocross-style, with no face shield and two silver stripes from front to back, which narrow near the front, widen in the middle, and then narrow again at its back. The suspect was wearing dark sunglasses, a black trench coat, and shorts and white tennis shoes under the trench coat.

This person is believed to possibly be armed with a handgun.
