The Explorers are black with black tire rims, and have the word "POLICE" bolded and underlined along each side in contrasting white. Each has a 3.7 liter V6 flex-fuel motor, and front- and all-wheel drivetrains. They can seat five persons, each, and have a total cargo volume of 119 cubic feet.
