One More Day 'til Halloween...

While it may not appear as though there are quite as many Halloween decorations out this year as usual, a quick look around Chillicothe will assure you that the spirit of the "All Hallows" holiday has not been lost to the souls of a few creative households, which feature off-the-wall jack-o-lanterns, yards full of blow-up decorations, and a scarecrow ensemble or two.
