The Chillicothe Concert Chorale, CHS Select, and Choraliers choirs performed "A Happy Fall-O-Ween Concert" in the Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center on Tuesday night. Song selections included "This is Halloween" (with solos from Paul Vaught, Toni Atwell, Sarah Belvel, Skyler Robinson, Quinn Bailey, and Austin Mosier), "Zombie," "Popular" (with solos from Chantel Perez, Kiley Boley, Destanie Batson, and Destany Bay), "I'm Not that Girl" (with solo by Chantel Perez), "What is this Feeling," "As Long As You're Mine" (with solos by Elissa Cypert and Kolby Eller), and "Magic To Do." The choirs were under the direction of Penny Denton, with Mary Jones accompanying on piano. The Choraliers are now selling tickets for their annual Thanksgiving Feast, which will be Friday, Nov. 9, at 6 p.m., in the Chillicothe High School Commons area. This dinner event will be catered by Essential Kneads, and feature performances by the choir, as well as other local talents. Tickets are $13, and can be purchased from any choir member, or by calling Denton at the high school.
