This window display sits outside of the RSVP Joy Toys locale, 440 Locust St., Chillicothe. RSVP volunteer Kay Potter came up with the idea for the display, and called Dave Keller of Country Carpets and Furniture about donating new carpeting for the area. Steve Hacker, of Hacker Flooring, installed the carpeting for free. Potter did the remainer of the decorating. Persons can still donate to the 2012 Joy Toys effort, to provide Christmas gifts for under-priviledged children, by donating new or gently-used toys, bicycles, and tricycles, or monetary donations for batteries and bike parts. Monetary donations may be mailed to RSVP Joy Toys, P.O. Box 445, Chillicothe, and toy and bike dropoffs may be made at the 440 Locust location, Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Arrangements can be made to pick up donations by calling 660-646-0010.
