Musicians from more than a dozen schools participated in the 62nd annual North Central Missouri Bandmasters Association Band Clinic Concert Monday evening, at the Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center. Guest conductor for this year's band was Keith Ruether, director of bands at Lebanon (Mo.) High School. Guest soloist was Roger Oyster, principal trombonist with the Kansas City Symphony, and faculty member at University of Central Missouri at Warrensburg. The Bandmasters Association is the oldest organization of its kind in all of Missouri, and throughout much of the Midwest. Member schools in the association are: Braymer, Cameron, Carrollton, Chillicothe, Excelsior Springs, Fayette, Gallatin, Hamilton, Liberty North, Macon, Marshall, Maysville, Smithville, South Harrison, Southwest Ludlow, Trenton, and Winston.
