Black Friday Deals come to Chillicothe

Chillicothe Westlake ACE Hardware General Manager Bill Moffatt shows off some of his store's Black Friday deals to a customer early this morning (Friday, Nov. 23). Westlake provided customers with free donuts, cookies, and coffee in appreciation of their early-bird patronage, and was among many local businesses furnishing customers with annually discounted merchandise on the day after Thanksgiving.
