Approximately 175 children are estimated to have attended the 2012 Kids Christmas, held last night (Wednesday, Nov. 28) in the Livingston County Courthouse downstairs lobby. That number is lower than the estimated 200 who attended last year's event. Here, we see an attendee showing his excitement over a suggested gift for a loved one — a sign from one of the vendor booths set up at the locale. Main Street Chillicothe once again sponsored the event. A station was set up where the children could handmake cards for their gifts. The Alpha Delta Rho chapter of Beta Sigma Phi volunteered their time again this year to wrap gifts purchased by the children at no cost, and Santa Claus, himself, was even on hand to take holiday requests from the young shoppers.
