Blustery Morning

As shown above, due to blowing and drifting snow, visibility was similar that of looking through a fog on Thursday morning (Dec. 20), in Chillicothe, as the first winter storm of the season swept across the area. A snow ordinance was enacted by Mayor Chuck Haney on Thursday morning, and is expected to continue until tomorrow.
