  • Chillicothe Mayor Chuck Haney is now accepting applications to fill an unexpired term on the Planning and Zoning Board, as Julie McCoy has resigned. Any interested parties can obtain a board volunteer form at the City Clerk's Office at City Hall. Completed forms must be submitted by Thursday, Jan. 24.
