Lee W. Foltz, 64, a resident of Chillicothe, Mo., died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at his residence.
Lee was born the son of Ralph W. and Frances Lee (Hubbard) Foltz on Oct. 23, 1948, in Chillicothe, Mo. He married Diane Fortner on Nov. 21, 1971, in Blytheville, Ark. She survives of the home.
He was a 1966 graduate of Chillicothe High School. He served as a member of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Lee worked as a meat processor at Singer Locker for 41 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ, Chillicothe, Mo., American Legion Verne R. Glick Post 25, VFW Roy L. Burkette Post 858, and the Eagles Aerie 2428.
Survivors include his wife Diane of the home; two sons, David Foltz and wife Stacy, Elgin, S.C., and Rodney Foltz and wife Allie, Kearney, Mo.; one daughter, Dana Foltz, Dawn, Mo.; nine grandchildren; one sister, Janice Sutherland and husband Bill, Glen Carbon, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo., on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo., on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, from 6 until 8 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo., on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, from 12 until 9 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Mo.
