Walter Owen Hall, 69, of Canton, Texas, formerly of Chillicothe, Mo., died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 in Arkansas.

Owen was born Feb. 4, 1943 to Raymond Owen and Rosa Mae (Allnutt) Hall in Chillicothe, Mo.

Owen attended Chillicothe High School. He was a mechanic for several years. Owen was a member of the Caney Creek Church in Grand Saline, Texas and was a Mason. Owen worked for Canton's First Monday Trade Days for many years.

Owen is survived by two daughters, Traci Heddings and husband, David, Carrollton, Mo., and Melissa Hall, Olathe, Kan.; one brother, Gary Hall and wife, Becky, Trenton, Mo.; two sisters, Pam Bauer and husband, Greg, Clinton, Mo., Carolyn Rolland and husband, Lane, Springfield, Mo.; two sisters-in-law, Linda Hall, Purdin, Mo., Dee Hall, Chillicothe, Mo.; three grandchildren, Paul Heddings, Taylor Heddings and Aaron Kornegay.

Owen was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ellis and Max Hall, two nephews, Phillip Hall and Nick Bauer, and one brother-in-law, Jerry Tucker.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at Bittiker Funeral Home in Carrollton, Mo. Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. at Bittiker Funeral Home with burial following at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
