  • Winds were strong in Livingston County on Sunday, with gusts reaching as high as 45 mph.
    The National Weather Service had issued a wind advisory from noon until 6 p.m. Sunday. General winds were steady throughout much of the day, ranging from 13 mph to 23 mph, according to reports by the Severe Weather Alert System, located at the Chillicothe Agri-Science Learning Center.
