Concrete slab-on-grade should be completed by the end of February, while the concrete slab-on-deck (slab being poured on the second floor) has recently started and is expected to be completed by early March.

Following the meeting, the council will relocate to the council chambers at City Hall and address several items related to the city's budget.

Annual service contract reports will be provided by Dave Rogers, of the YMCA, Steve Holt, of the Small Business Development and Technology Center, and Dan Leatherman, of the KCHI Freedom Festival.

Tammi Venneman will lead discussion regarding an application for a Community Development Block Grant for demolition funds, as well as an ordinance establishing a fee rate for the CDBG for demolition and a resolution stating the city's intent to seek funding through CDBG program for dedicating matching funds and in-kind materials or labor.
