James E. Geromini, 79, a resident of Bedford, Mo., died Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at University of Missouri Hospital, Columbia, Mo.
James was born the son of Everett Henry and Clara Josephine (Bloss) Geromini on Jan. 20, 1934, in Mendon, Mo. He married Tawanda Faye Foxworthy on Dec. 15, 1951, in Chillicothe, Mo. She preceded him in death on June 4, 2006.
He was a graduate of Avalon High School. James enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and gardening.
Survivors include one son, Kevran E. Geromini, Sedalia, Mo.; two daughters, Karen Harris, Bedford, Mo., and Deanna Eastman and husband Steve, Bosworth, Mo.; nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one brother, Richard Geromini and wife Jean, Warsaw, Mo.; and two sisters, Shirley J. McTheny and husband Bill, Warsaw, Mo., and Charlotte F. Campbell and husband Rod, Tyler, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Tawanda; one sister, Bonnie Gray; and one infant brother, Billy Geromini.
Memorial services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo., on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at 1 p.m. There is no scheduled family visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo., on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
