With his band, the British singer and guitarist performed at Woodstock in 1969, where their song, "I'm Going Home," became a key part of Michael Wadleigh's film and soundtrack about the festival. The band went on to release 10 albums before they split in 1973. Most recently, Lee released his 14th solo album, Still on the Road to Freedom, last August.
