Johnny Edward Clark, 75, a resident of Hale, Mo., died Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Livingston Manor, Chillicothe, Mo.
Johnny was born the son of John and Ida (Gempeler) Clark on March 9, 1938, in Ida Grove, Iowa.
He was a 1956 high school graduate of Hale High School. Johnny served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include two sons, Brian Clark and wife Chelsea, Chillicothe, Mo., and Scott Clark, Chillicothe, Mo.; one brother, Ron Clark and wife Pat, Hale, Mo.; two sisters, Arlene Klein and husband Claude, Hale, Mo., and Donna Schau, Ida Grove, Iowa; four grandchildren, Rachel Clark, Kirsten Scott, Kadence Clark, and Ember Clark, all of Chillicothe, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Doris Dodie Dudgeon; and two brother, Duane "Bud" Clark, and Mike Clark.
Memorial services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo., on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 1 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo., on Saturday from 12 until 1 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Mo., on Friday, March 22, 2013, from 12 until 5 p.m. A private family burial will be held at Hale Cemetery, Hale, Mo.
