The Livingston County Library will be offering an introductory class on using Pinterest, Tuesday May 7 at 10 a.m. Pinterest is a website that allows you to “pin” things online. It is a tool for collecting and organizing things you are interested in. Pinterest is commonly used to save recipes, home décor ideas, favorite quotes and much more.
The class begins with an overview of Pinterest given by Livingston County Library’s class coordinator Angie Fore from 10 to 11 a.m. Beginning at 11 a.m. and running until noon, participants can practice “pinning” and using the website. If you have a laptop or tablet, you can bring it to class or use one of the library’s laptops. Laptops are limited, so you may have to share with another participant.
To use Pinterest, you must already have an email account set up.
