Kelly Slater achieved greatness Tuesday, scoring a perfect 20 out of 20 during his quarterfinal at the Volcom Fiji Pro, according to The Daily Beast.
Just 14 minutes into Slater's 30-minute heat, he obtained his perfect 20, which was a combination of perfect 10 scores on two different waves. This is only the fifth time a surfer has obtained a perfect heat in the history of the sport. Not surprisingly, Slater went on to win the competition.
