The Storytime held on Wednesday, June 19 featured Pharaohs and was attended by 64 children and 39 adults. The craft was attended by 13 children and included excavating chocolate chips from cookies. Each child who attended the Wednesday programs received a colorful water bottle purchased for them with the Irene Higgins Memorial Fund.
Also, each child received a bookmark created by the Service Learning Summer School Class at the middle school. Mrs. Young’s students used reading slogans and designs that the children enjoyed.
