LOOK 4 TREASURES: CRAFTS, will the theme on Wednesday, July 17, at Livingston County Library. Crafts for all ages will be offered at 10 a.m. This week there will be only one program.
The Storytime held on Wednesday, July 10, featured “hidden wildlife” and was attended by 50 children and 27 adults. The craft was attended by 11 children and and they made golf tee porcupines and donut hole hedgehogs. Each child who attended the Wednesday programs received a wooden caterpillar or a compass keyring purchased for them with the Irene Higgins Memorial Fund.
There are 217 readers registered for the Independent Reading Program and they reported reading 599 books for the week, bringing the program total to 3,344 books so far this summer. They received wildlife stickers for their folders.
