The youth of Livingston County put their talents on display at the talent show held last night (Wednesday) in the outdoor arena.
In the age 7 and under division, Brooke Burton took home the first place prize with a dance routine. Jolie Bonderer and Avery Baxter were awarded second place with a vocal duet. Third place went to Ava Dennis, who performed a vocal solo.
In the age 8-13 division, Kennedie Kieffer was awarded the first place prize with a vocal performance. Kieffer was accompanied by her grandfather on guitar. The group of Carleigh Crawford, Addie Ficken, Maggie Pfaff, Sydney Baxter, Kennedie Kieffer, Hannah Haakonstad and Riley Brobst took home the second place prize with a dance routine to "Back in Time"/"Harlem Shake." Third place honors were awarded to Terryn Dodson with a guitar solo.
Other participants in the age 8-13 division included: Jaclyn Hines and Rachel Holt, jump rope routine to "Contagious Love"; Hadley Beemer and Abbey Hayen, dance routine to "Girls Night Out"; Kathryn George, guitar solo of "Ode to Joy"; and Sarah Murphy, vocal solo of "Temporary Home."
In the age 14-21 division, first place honors were awarded to Colton Hargrave with a banjo solo. Jessie Lee took home second place with a vocal solo. Hunter Burton was awarded third place with a guitar solo.
