Livingston County Steam and Gas Association hosted its annual Old-Time Harvest Days over the weekend. The event included working demonstrations of a threshing machine, blacksmithing (top photo), butter making, corn grinding and more. Above, left, Jolette Boyer demonstrates weaving on a loom. An old planter contest took place during the event, with more than 45 planters entered. Rain on Saturday affected attendance somewhat, but most of the activities and demonstrations went on as planned because they were held indoors or under a roof. The event concluded Sunday afternoon with a Super Teen contest.
