IIa Leppin, age 96, of Meadville, died Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, at her home.
A funeral service will be Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Meadville with Rev. Keith Sisney officiating. Burial will be in Meadville Cemetery in Meadville. The family will receive friends Friday at the church from 10 a.m. until time for the service. Services are under the direction of Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home.

Ila Lorene, daughter of C. B. and Janie (Conner) Kehr, was born Nov. 2, 1917, at Bagnell. On March 28, 1938, she married Elmer Leppin who preceded her in death Jan. 31, 1972.
Mrs. Leppin was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Meadville.
Survivors include five children, Doyle Leppin and companion Faye Leppin of Meadville, Beverly Hapes and husband, Leroy of Chillicothe, Nancy Tolson and husband, Charles and Rex Leppin and wife, Joy all of Meadville, and Richard Leppin and wife, Shirley of Mendon; 12 grandchildren, Carol Smith and husband, Charlie of Hannibal, Doug Leppin and wife, Leslie of Meadville, Danny Hutchison and wife, Laurie of Liberty, Cherri Callender and husband, George of Granite City, Ill., Mike Hutchison and wife, Liz of Eagle Lake, Texas, LeeAnn Hutchison of Columbia, Kevin Hutchinson and wife, Natalie of Chillicothe, Libby Warren and husband, Chris of Belton, Zachary Tolson of Norborne, Ean Leppin and wife, Leigha of Wheeling, Elliott Leppin and wife, Jessie of Chillicothe, and Kali Leppin of Omaha, Neb.; two step grandchildren, Danny Laws and wife, Corie of Mendon and Nick Laws of St. Louis; 21 great-grandchildren, 3 step great-grandchildren, and eight great great-grandchildren; and one sister, Irlene Cooper of Chillicothe.She was also preceded in death by her parents; a daughter-in-law, Pat Leppin; a son-in-law, Jim Kracher; one step grandson, Ben Laws; great-granddaughter, Jordan Smith; two sisters, Ilda Boyles and husband, Kenneth and an infant, Oma Mae Kehr; and a brother-in-law, Ben Cooper.
