  • Vince Wolf, who has been with Boy Scout Troop 121 for more than 40 years and is currently the chartered organizational representative, has received the Ma-Has-Kah District Lifetime Achievement Award. He was presented with a resolution for award in his honor from the Missouri House of Representatives Tuesday evening.
The award recognizes an individual who has given outstanding leadership time after time throughout his Scouting career in the Ma-Has-Kah District. The award is not one that is presented each year.
Vince Wolf brought up all three of his sons through Boy Scout Troop 121. He has also been awarded in the past with the Silver Beaver Award, which is the Pony Express Council’s highest honor, and the St. George Award through the Catholic Church.
On Feb. 15, 2014, Wolf was presented with the Ma-Has-Kah District Lifetime Achievement Award at the Annual Leader Recognition Dinner that was held at the Chillicothe Elks Lodge.
Boy Scout Troop 121 Scoutmaster Chris Ruppel said that the troop would like to thank Missouri House Rep. Mike Lair for helping obtain the resolution.
