The captain and two crewmembers who were operating the South Korean ferry that crashed have been arrested, USA Today reported. The captain, Lee Joon-seok, 68, was charged with negligence of duty and violation of maritime law. The charges against the crewmembers weren't announced. Officials say the ferry was going too fast through a chain of islands and steered quickly, causing the ferry to list. Twenty-eight of the passengers - many of them high schoolers - are confirmed dead, and 268 people are still missing.
