Do you need motivation to eat healthy, get fit and lose weight? Have you tried many things but just can seem to stick with it? The Livingston County Library is starting a healthy living support group that is open to anyone who wants to meet with like-minded people to share their struggles, get tips from experts and be there for each other. Stay With It will have their first information meeting at 6 p.m. on March 7, in the Courtroom of the Livingston County Library. No registration is required. “We have a lot of materials that cover healthy eating, getting fit and living a healthier lifestyle. The problem with those books and DVDs is that they don’t necessarily keep you motivated to stick with a healthy plan. That’s where Stay With It comes in,” stated Library Director Robin Westphal. “There will be no weighing in or the promotion of one plan or weight loss product in this group. It’s really about helping each other to achieve some goals.” For more information about this program, call Robin Westphal at 660-646-0547.
