The Livingston County Health Center has announced two upcoming opportunities for county residents to receive their vaccination for influenza for the 2017-2018 flu season.

The Livingston County Health Center has announced two upcoming opportunities for county residents to receive their vaccination for influenza for the 2017-2018 flu season. These include a Senior Center clinic and a walk-in flu clinic. On Friday, Oct. 6, Health Center nurses will be vaccinating 60 and older at the Grand River Multipurpose Center from 10:30 a.m. until noon. On Wednesday, Oct. 11, a walk-in flu clinic will be held at the health center, located at 800 Adam Drive, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for those 19 years of age and older. Individuals 60 years of age and older will also be served at that time. On Tuesday, Sept. 19, the health center held a walk-in flu clinic for individuals 65 years of age and older, and more than 200 people came through their doors for the service.
