The Livingston County Sheriff's Department is currently investigating property damage to FEC property in the eastern part of Livingston County. Person(s) intentionally cut the guide wires to 2 different utility power poles. There is no reason as to why someone would do this other than in attempt to try and cause significant damage to the utility service. This was a very dangerous and potentially fatal crime that someone did.
