Dirt work has begun where two new businesses will be located at the Stoneybrooke Shopping Center, east of BTC Bank in south Chillicothe. Copeland Development and Construction Co. is the project contractor and according to David Copeland, a 1,700 square-foot Quiznos Sub restaurant and a 4,000 square-foot gym called “Anytime Fitness” will be built. The dirt work for these buildings will likely be finished within a few weeks with actual construction slated to begin soon afterward. Copeland says that construction should be finished on both buildings by the end of the year.
