Salvation Army to accept applications for Christmas assistance next week

Christmas plans are underway at The Salvation Army to assist needy families in Livingston and Grundy Counties.
Applications for Christmas assistance for low income Livingston County residents will be taken on: December 1-2 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 621 W Mohawk, Chillicothe, Missouri.
For Grundy County residents, applications will be taken on Thursday, December 3 from 1 p.m.. to 3 p.m.. at First Christian Church of Christ, 1700 Princeton Road, Trenton, Mo.
