The Missouri Department of Conservation is hosting a women’s only fishing clinic on Friday and Saturday, July 11-12.

The class is specifically for women who have never fished but would like to learn how.
The classroom training will be from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. on Friday, July 11, at the Missouri  Department of Conservation office located three miles east of Chillicothe on U.S. Highway 36.

The “hands on” training will be from 8 a.m. until noon on Saturday, July 12, at the Litton Agri-Science Learning Center.

Women wanting to participate should contact the MDC office at 646-6122. The event is being sponsored by the Department of Conservation and Wal-Mart.
