The Cellular Connection, a Verizon wireless cell phone store, held their official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday morning (Feb. 10). The store is located at 714 Washington St., within the old Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) building. The Cellular Connection is the nations largest Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer in the United States, with 750 locations across 26 states. At the ceremony, TCC made a charitable donation to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Customers had a chance to spin a prize wheel if they signed a new two-year activation or upgraded. They could also register to win a free Bluetooth headset, along with a variety of other prizes and promotional items
