Hiram C. Silkwood, 69, of Tarkio, Mo., formerly of Braymer, Mo., died on Monday, Aug. 16, 2010.
He was born the son of James and Amy Ford Silkwood on Jan. 29, 1941, in Braymer.
He is survived by a sister, Sara Jane Sprague of St. Joseph, Mo.; two great-nephews, Ryan L. Buckler and Kyle M. Buckler, both of Clarksdale, Mo.; one niece Linda Buckler and husband Danny of Clarksdale, Mo.; and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be at the Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Mo., on Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer, Mo.
