Sectional Track & Field Meet held at Blue Springs High School. It was a great day for the track team as they had the most athletes qualify for state since the early 80's.

CHS Senior Awards

The Chillicothe High School Class of 2013 was honored at the senior assembly on Friday, May 10. Over $1 million in scholarships and awards were presented to the seniors at the event.

Fourth Grade Spring Program

“The Sasquatch School Scenario,” an original skit written by some of Central School’s fourth-grade students, was performed as part of the fourth-grade’s spring program at Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center on May 7. The program, under the direction of vocal music instructor Dan Venner, included songs sung by the students, as well as performances with recorders and ukuleles. The story centers around Bigfoot, who is noticed by other students waiting for the school bus on the first day of school. Although different — much more hairier than the others — he is soon welcomed by the other students and they all become friends.
