The Chillicothe Mudcats wood-bat, college-level baseball team is slated to play at least 10 innings Thursday, weather and field conditions permitting.
   The Mudcats are due to resume their suspended June 12 game with the Mac-N-Seitz Athletics at 4 p.m. at Blue Springs South High School’s field.
That game is entering the top of the 10th inning, tied 4-4.
   After that game is concluded, whether it be in one additional inning or more, the Mudcats (8-7, 5-5 MINK League) and Athletics will take a break and then play their regularly-scheduled game.

   The Mudcats then are due to host the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Grays in a 5:05 p.m. doubleheader at "June" Shaffer Memorial Park Friday, visit the Topeka Golden Giants Saturday night, and play a non-league Sunday home game at 6:05 p.m. against the Des Moines Vikings.
