Catherine D. Hamilton is sworn in by Public Notary Cathy Ripley as the appointed Trustee on the Livingston County Health Center board on Nov. 26 as the first order of business. She fills the role as appointed by the County Commission to fill the vacancy left open by the late Dr. Christopher Hulett. Hamilton was also elected the acting chairperson later in the meeting.
