The Trenton Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Steven Johnson, who was reported missing by his family on Dec. 20, 2024. Johnson, a 34-year-old resident of Trenton, was last seen on Nov. 29, 2024, in the same area. Authorities are requesting the public’s assistance in locating him.
He is described as a white male, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds. He has blue eyes, brown hair that is short or shaggy and may have a beard. He has a tattoo of a coffin on the top of his left arm. At the time of his last known sighting, Johnson was reportedly wearing a brown Carhartt-style coat, blue jeans, and possibly black tennis shoes.
Law enforcement officials are following all leads in their effort to determine Johnson’s whereabouts. In addition to the Trenton Police Department, the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Missing Persons Clearinghouse is also involved in the case. Both agencies have issued public bulletins to raise awareness about Johnson’s disappearance.
