Governor Appoints Adam Warren as Associate Circuit Judge, Vacates Livingston County PA Office

Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe has appointed Adam Warren, longtime prosecuting attorney of Livingston County, as the new Associate Circuit Judge for Sullivan County in the 9th Judicial Circuit. The appointment was announced Tuesday and fills the vacancy left by the passing of Judge Tracey Mason-White in December 2024.

Warren has served as Livingston County’s prosecuting attorney since 2011 and brings a strong legal background to his new role. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and restaurant administration from Missouri State University. In addition to his work as a prosecutor, Warren owns Warren Law Office, LLC and previously served in the Missouri Army National Guard from 2004 to 2011, receiving an honorable discharge.

Governor Kehoe’s office highlighted Warren’s legal expertise and commitment to public service as key factors in his selection. His judicial appointment marks a significant shift in his career, transitioning from prosecution to presiding over cases in Sullivan County.

Warren assumed his new judicial duties immediately, overseeing cases within the 9th Judicial Circuit.
