1955-2022

Candice Nadine Mills, age 67, of Chillicothe, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022, at her home. A celebration of Candice’s life will be held at a later date.

Candice Nadine, daughter of Bennie and Joyce (Simpson) Dawkins, was born, May 12, 1955, in Chillicothe, MO.

On March 22, 1973, she married Kenneth Mills who survives the home.

Candice spent her time as a housewife for her most of her life. She was an avid member of the House of Prayer in Chillicothe. Candice had a great love for her cats, enjoyed going for walks and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Mills of the home; one sister, Cindy Chapman and husband Kenny of Wheeling; four aunts, Shauneen Denton of Chillicothe, Wanda Sickler of Springfield, Patsy Jenkins of Hamilton, and Marsha Locke of St Louis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Timothy Dawkins and infant brother Ricky Lee.
