Fundraiser Raises $5K for Camp Rainbow

The Camp Rainbow fundraiser, held at the LICOVA Building in Chillicothe on Sunday, Feb. 2, was a success, raising just under $5,000 to support the nonprofit summer camp for individuals with special needs. The event featured a variety of soups, including chili, broccoli cheddar, potato, and chicken noodle, served alongside freshly baked cinnamon rolls, which were generously donated by local businesses and volunteers.

County Budget Message 2025

Tax Assessment Forms Due by March 1

Livingston County residents and property owners should have received their recent assessment forms, which were mailed out just before the end of 2024. According to the Livingston County Assessor’s office, the forms must be returned by March 1 to avoid penalties, and residents are encouraged to file them as soon as possible to prevent delays or oversight.
