The Hedrick Medical Center Medical Staff is pleased to announce the continuation of a scholarship program for area residents. The Harkness Scholarship is named after Dr. James A. Harkness, a former Chillicothe physician and Chief of Staff at Hedrick Medical Center who died in 1988.
The Chillicothe Elk’s Women’s Auxiliary and Sherry Weldon recently donated to the CMS Cares Closet. The Auxiliary donated $300 dollars to the project and Weldon donated bags of needed hygiene items. The Cares Closet is a project of Bright Futures Chillicothe. The Chillicothe High School needs donations of hygiene items for its CHS Cares Closet.
