Canada apologizes to victims of military sex misconduct

OTTAWA, Canada – Canadian political and military leaders delivered an apology to victims of military sexual misconduct on Monday. Streamed online from National Defense Headquarters, the apology followed the federal government’s $600-million Canadian ($468 million) settlement with tens of thousands of current and former Armed Forces members who experienced such behavior while serving.

Frosty joins Festival of Lights

After several years of wanting to add Frosty the Snowman to the Festival of Lights display in Simpson park, last week he made his arrival. The Chillicothe Parks and Recreation Department assembled and put the large display into place. Lowe's donated fence panels and our volunteers for put the display together.
