With only a few seconds left in the first half of last Thursday’s 5842 Chillicothe Class 4 District 16 Tournament semifinal victory over Maryville, CHS Lady Hornets junior Kayanna Cranmer – having received a pass from Jolie Bonderer – gets set to go up and score from a couple of feet out while drawing a foul. Although she didn’t complete the potential three-points play, Cranmer’s basket gave her team a 24-20 lead after a tightly-contested opening half.
