Members of Bravo Battery 1-129th Field Artillery of the Missouri National Guard in Chillicothe prepare to roll out of town for a four-day drill at Fort Riley, Kan. Approximately 65 National Guard members are participating. A convoy, comprised of around 20 vehicles, left the armory in Chillicothe around 8:30 a.m. Thursday. The National Guard usually has two-day drills; however this drill lasts until Sunday and will include shooting live rounds using a howitzer.
