The Grand River Historical Society Museum will host its annual Spring Tea on Sunday, April 8, at the museum located at 1401 Forest Drive in Chillicothe.

The Grand River Historical Society Museum will host its annual Spring Tea on Sunday, April 8, at the museum located at 1401 Forest Drive in Chillicothe. The event will last from 1 until 4 p.m. Cookies and soft drinks will be serve and there will be musical entertainment throughout the event. And there is no charge to attend. For those who never have visited the museum, this is an opportunity to view the Sliced Bread machine which is on loan from the Smithsonian as well as Kelly Poling’s murals, an extensive military clothing display, local illustrator Fred Irvin’s work, Miller’s soda shop, Grandma’s house, Main Street and many, many other exhibits. Returning guests can view the new and improved displays which curator Pam Clingerman has constructed during the past few months.
