Marilyn Ruth Shipp, age 85, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri.
A memorial service will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Satruday, October 27, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. a scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, October 26, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Inurnment will be held at Wheeling Cemetery, Wheeling, Missouri.

James Andrew Pauley
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2018 for James Andrew Pauley at Calvary Baptist church in Chillicothe, Missouri.
Reverend Alan Brock and Reverend Kevin Smith officiated the service. The songs were “Who Will Pray for Me”, “amazing Grace” and “Seven Spanish Angels”.
The pallbearers were Kevin Mammon, Kevin Mason, Richard Berry, Ron Oliver, Tom Riggins and David Moore. The honorary pallbearers were Ricky “Sarge” Ralls, Joseph Young, Rylin Corbin, Ki Croney, Gary Moore, Dean Moore, Bob Wilkison, C.R. Mantzey, Elijah Young and Thiessen River Reign Kelmel.

Major Allen F. Jackson, USAF (RET)
Major Allen f. Jackson, USAF (RET) passed away Monday October 22, 2018 at Kirksville Manor Care Center in Kirksville.
Born October 3, 1942 in Weidman, Michigan, Allen was the son of Charles and Gertrude (Phipps) Jackson. Allen grew up in Saginaw, Mi. and graduated from Saginaw High School. Allen enlisted in the USAF in 1961 and served twenty-four years. On January 21, 1967, Allen and Patricia Anne Deierling were united in marriage at the Hamilton street Baptist Church in Kirksville,Mo.
Allen attended Kirksville State Teachers College, graduated from CSU Fort Collins, Co. and received his MBA from Troy state University. He worked as a Vocational Teacher III at the Chillicothe correctional Center and retired in 2002.
Allen enjoyed hunting, farming, and watching football and westerns.
Allen is survived by his wife Patricia of fifty-one years, two sons Mark (Jiji) Jackson of Springfield, Va., and Michael Jackson of Kirksville, Mo.; one brother Larry (Lynda); three sisters, Betty (Butch), Linda (Cliff), and Anne (John); brothers-in-law, Cliff Deierling and Allen Deierling (Sharyn); sisters-in-law, Karen Hoselton and Diane Jackson as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his three grandchildren Sarah, Daniel, and Jenna who he loved dearly.
Allen was a member of the Kirksville church of the Nazarene.
Family will receive friends Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with a Memorial service following at 11:00 a.m. at the Kirksville church of the Nazarene.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kirksville Church of the Nazarene.
Allen has been cremated and will be interred with military honors at a later date at the Missouri State Veteran’s Cemetery in Jacksonville, Mo.

Jerry Ronald Lemon, age 85, of Chillicothe passed away Tuesday October 23, 2018 at Life Care Center of Brookfield.
Jerry was born March 31, 1933 in Chillicothe, the son of Raymond Othol Lemon and Mary Elizabeth hicks Lemon.
Jerry served in the U.S. Army 1953-1961. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, The American Legion and former member of the Eagles in Chillicothe. His family was his first love.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; children, Ron Lemon (Ruth Ann) of Kansas City, Mo.; Lynn Johnson of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Courtney Miller (Dustin) of Kansas City, Mo.; Chris Cunningham of Chillicothe; Brook Burr (Michael) of Kansas City, Mo,; Brandon Johnson of Chillicothe; and five great grandchildren.
Preceding him death were his parents.
A private burial will take place at a later date.
